Anyone finally solve moving from a shoebox of old passes to a digital archive?

I want to preserve the memories while also getting useful stats from them. is exactly the right target. The best systems are the ones you will still use after ten trips, not just one enthusiastic weekend.

I do not want the project to become a huge weekend manual-entry slog. is the part most advice ignores, and it usually ends up being the reason people quit a tool or workflow.
