Anyone finally solve moving from a shoebox of old passes to a digital archive?

I have years of paper passes saved for sentimental reasons.

I want to preserve the memories while also getting useful stats from them.

I do not want the project to become a huge weekend manual-entry slog.

If I can scan and progressively clean up the data, that sounds much more realistic than building my own archive from scratch.

I try to keep it simple: solve the biggest pain point first, then add extra optimization only if I keep up with it naturally.
