Croatia island hopping - best 2-week itinerary?

Planning to spend 2 weeks island hopping in Croatia this summer. Dubrovnik -> Hvar -> Korcula -> Split? Too ambitious or just right?

Perfect amount of time! Add Vis if you can - it's less touristy and stunning.

Ferry schedules can be tricky in shoulder season. Book in advance.

Skip Hvar if you want to avoid crowds. Try Brac or Mljet instead.

I did this exact route last year. 2 weeks is ideal - not rushed at all.
