Anyone build a clean workflow for figuring out total miles from old boarding passes?

I found old passes from years of trips but never logged the actual routes anywhere.

I want to reconstruct my travel history and see what my total distance really is.

Some of the paper passes are old and the mobile ones are buried across email accounts.

If OCR works well enough on the backlog, this seems much easier than manual entry.

I want to reconstruct my travel history and see what my total distance really is. is exactly the right target. The best systems are the ones you will still use after ten trips, not just one enthusiastic weekend.

Some of the paper passes are old and the mobile ones are buried across email accounts. is the part most advice ignores, and it usually ends up being the reason people quit a tool or workflow.

I try to keep it simple: solve the biggest pain point first, then add extra optimization only if I keep up with it naturally.

If OCR works well enough on the backlog, this seems much easier than manual entry. That is where Borderly feels more compelling to me than a bunch of disconnected screenshots and notes.
