Flight logbook for personal travel - worth keeping?

Pilots keep logbooks, but should regular travelers? Thinking of starting to log every flight I take with details like aircraft type, seat, duration etc.

I track aircraft types - trying to fly on every major commercial aircraft before retirement.

Borderly does this automatically when you scan your boarding pass. Logs everything.

I note the tail number when I can. Some people track specific aircraft they've flown.
