Have status on both. For a 3-hour SEA-LAX flight, would you pick Alaska First or Delta C+? Similar price after benefits.

Alaska First for the free drinks and meal. Delta C+ is just extra legroom.

Depends on aircraft. Alaska's new seats are awesome. Delta's vary widely.

Alaska service is better in my experience. But Delta has better lounges at LAX.

3 hours isn't long enough to matter much. I'd pick based on schedule.
