Lisbon (3) -> Sintra (day trip) -> Porto (3) -> Douro Valley -> Algarve (3). Tight but doable.

Don't skip the Silver Coast on the way from Lisbon to Porto. Nazaré is incredible.

Book accommodations in advance for Algarve in summer. It fills up fast.
