Best way to back up photos while traveling without a laptop?
I’m traveling for 3 weeks and only bringing a phone. How do you back up photos safely on the road?

I buy extra iCloud storage for the month and upload every night on hotel Wi‑Fi. It’s the least stressful approach and I can access everything from anywhere.
If you want offline backup, a portable SSD + phone cable works. I use a Samsung T7 and copy files with the Files app.
Google Photos with ‘Storage Saver’ on cellular works surprisingly well if you’re okay with slight compression.
Pro tip: don’t wait until the end of the trip. Upload daily so you don’t lose everything if your phone gets stolen.
I also keep a tiny SD card reader so I can dump camera files directly to the phone and back them up immediately.
