How to calculate total miles flown lifetime?

I've been flying for 15 years but never tracked my miles properly. Is there any way to calculate my total lifetime miles flown? Want to know my 'travel score'.

Most airlines only keep records for 5-10 years. You'll need to dig through old emails.
