Make Every Minute Count

Time Management at ANC

Anchorage International Airport is efficient, but security lines can fluctuate during the peak summer cruise season. We recommend returning to the airport at least 2 hours before a domestic flight and 3 hours for international travel. Because the city is only 15 minutes away, a 4-hour layover is the absolute minimum to leave the airport safely.
