Discover Rotterdam: Classic Highlights Bike Tour with a Local

Discover the vibrant city of Rotterdam on this exciting ±3-hour bike tour. We start at the cultural hub "OASE", where you'll meet your guide at "Give a Bike", a local grassroots organisation that gives old bicycles a second life and supports the community. The space is also home to a small pop-up bicycle museum, featuring a collection of historic and unusual bikes that adds to the unique character of the starting point. From there, you'll cycle to some of Rotterdam's most famous landmarks and historic places while learning about the city's unique history, modern architecture, and local culture. Because we have only recently started, we currently have around 15 bikes and usually run our tours with small groups. We are often not fully booked, giving you more personal attention and the chance to get to know your guide and fellow cyclists. Our prices may be slightly higher than some of our competitors, but in return you can enjoy a more relaxed, personal, and enjoyable experience.

Your bike or walking tour will be a true experience! We are 2 stewardesses with years of travel experience and know better than anyone how incredibly fun and insanely interesting it is to experience a city by bike or on foot with an enthusiastic local guide. This has inspired us to turn your tour into a true urban experience. In addition to all the highlights that are a must, we also take you to a number of "hidden places" in the city. Managing Your Layover Time

With a 2-4 hour layover, we recommend staying at RTM. Enjoy the panoramic view from the airport's rooftop terrace or grab a coffee in the lounge. For 4-8 hours, take Bus 33 to Rotterdam Centraal. You'll have enough time to visit the Markthal, see the Cube Houses, and enjoy a quick lunch in the city center. If you have 8+ hours, you can expand your trip to include a visit to the historic town of Delft (only 15 minutes by train from Rotterdam Centraal) or take a comprehensive tour of the Port of Rotterdam.
